SafeWise promotions terms and conditions

General terms and conditions: SafeWise reserves the right to withdraw, change or withdraw any competition and associated terms and conditions without notice. No cash alternatives. Visit discount offers apply to new bookings only and cannot be exchanged for existing bookings. Offers not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Verdict of judges in competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. All offers are subject to availability, can be changed or withdrawn without notice and will be available for a limited period only. Participants may be requested to take part in publicity activity. Other terms and conditions may apply. For Junior Citizen key stage 1 or Junior Key Stage 2 visit to either SafeWise Weymouth or SafeWise Bournemouth. Subject to availability. Does not include the cost of coach hire.

DWFRS flyer offer: In addition to above terms and conditions: Visits must be booked within 7 days following  a visit to the school by DWFRS. Applies for one class visit. Quote Fire Flyer on booking. Visits must be taken by 20.07.2020.

WALE entry terms & conditions. In addition to general terms & conditions. Entry is free by completing a enewsletter (see enewsletter terms and conditions below) sign up form at WALE conference 14/15 November. Prize: No cash alternative. Visit by 30.6.20. Subject to available dates. Not to be used with other offers/ exchanged for existing bookings. Does not include coach hire. A class size is ‘30’ children. For Junior Citizen KS1 or KS2 visits to SafeWise Bournemouth and Weymouth. Other terms & conditions may apply.

SafeWise eNewsletter sign up terms & conditions: We promise to store your information securely & only use it to send you our eNewsletter/ emails for schools. We will not share your details with anyone else. You can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time. Refer to our privacy policy for more details about how we manage your information.

Online bookings for public events terms & conditions:
In addition to the Standard Terms & Conditions, the purchase of online tickets or the making of an online booking is subject to the acceptance of the following additional terms and conditions.

1. Tickets purchased online are issued in the form of a confirmation email. You will be asked to provide your name used to book the tickets or a confirmation email to gain admission. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission for which SafeWise cannot be held responsible. Our Approved Third Parties provide the platform for this transaction but your purchase and contract are made directly with SafeWise who are responsible for resolving any issues with you. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours you should contact SafeWise prior to your visit.

2. Whilst the Management have been assured of the secure nature of all online payments they are unable to take responsibility for the loss of money through any transaction which remains at the risk of the customer.3. It is your responsibility to check your booking prior to your visit and contact SafeWise immediately if there is a problem as mistakes will not be rectified on arrival.

4. Refunds cannot be given for any bookings unless where SafeWise has been forced to close on the specific date. Alterations to the date of a date-specific booking will be made subject to availability and the payment of any extra charges that may result from the change of date. Where a date-change results in a net fall in the cost of the booking, a refund will not be made.

5. The quantity of people in your group, and their respective ages, will be checked on arrival to SafeWise against those on the booking confirmation.

6.. Any discrepancies will require the difference to be paid on entrance or entry will be refused.

7.. SafeWise is unable to offer refunds for members of your group that do not attend.
8. Any tickets or online bookings purchased in error will be refunded provided you notify SafeWise within 24 hours of the purchase, less any administrative costs that may be incurred in doing so.
9. Online bookings cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non-commercial, without the prior written consent of SafeWise.
10. The registered address and details of the Card holder must match exactly the booking or payment will not be processed.
